About Me

Hello! My name is Laynee Buckels. I am currently finishing my senior year of college at Texas A&M University. I am currently the Vice President of Public Relations Student Society of America. I am responsible for finding Public Relation professionals to speak at our meetings. I recently completed an internship for a United States Congressman. I learned many valuable skills that will continue to help me throughout my future. I learned how to communicate to constituents, draft social media posts and how to work as a team. My career interests lie in public relations, social media and politics. I love writing news articles and communicating with my fellow peers. I hope to work as a public relations manager one day for a non-profit.
